Hi @ruddock111, can you ping the robot's IP address? If not, make sure that the subnet mask is the same for both (PC and robot). You mentioned that the subnet mask is 255.255.0.0. for the robot. Typically, I would have put 255.255.255.0 but if the PC's subnet mask is also 255.255.0.0, this should work.

Im using the attached guide to data log with a UR10. I have set up an Ethernet connection between PC and UR10. Static IP on robot address is 192.168.0.102, subnet mask 255.255.0.0. the PC is set up with static IP 192.168.0.101 and robot states that network is connected. Whenever I run the LoggingEachTest.urp, it halt at If connected=False due to it not connecting.
Any help would be much appreciated
