I read the data from my force sensor through the serial communication.It show me the message like the picture shown.How can i convert this message to the data like Fx,Fy,Fz,Rx,Ry,Rz?The tool i used is the serial debugging assistant and the data shown automatically.

The explanation can be found in the instruction manual, section 4.4.2.

On your first line, you have 0x20 0x4E followed by the Data1 (LSB - MSB) in 16 bits signed integer. 0X83 0xFD will then be the signed 16-bit value FD83 which is -637. Data1 represents Fx * 100 (N), the Force in x will then be -6.37 newton.
