Hi Pros,
As you may know, it is possible to connect all Robotiq two-finger Grippers (2F-85, 2F-140 and Hand-E) using the wrist connector on UR e-Series.
Nevertheless, some users could experience issues when using the 2F grippers with the wrist connector, depending on the firmware version used.
Grippers with a firmware version earlier than 1.6.0 could experience power management issues.
The following safety message might display in PolyScope:

The solution is to download the attached files and extract the executable upgrader on a blank USB storage device.
Please follow the procedure set out in the attached PDF file.
