We have installed a Combo of the Hand-E and the wirst camera at the UR5 e-Series. The Camera works well but we can`t get a connection to the Hand-E or the Gripper 2F-85 (LED red). If we connect the Hand-E to the wirst connector at the tool flange of the UR5e everything works fine.
Can somone help?
