We are trying to calibrate a UR5 with a Robotiq wrist camera, every time we do this process, the last photos are full of red dots, everything is well lit, the board is visible, we did it 20 times, and every time we get this error code - [ CS- 15 ], what are we doing wrong ? We tried with the latest software, we tried downgrading but no luck.

Hello @Razvan, I opened a support ticket to help you with that.

It worked well with a different robot but never with this one. Therefore, there must be a problem with the robot.

No, it was not a problem with the robot, we were using a different controller.

A manual recalibration of the robot arm has solved Chad's issue.
