It worked well with a different robot but never with this one. Therefore, there must be a problem with the robot.

We are trying to calibrate a UR5 with a Robotiq wrist camera, every time we do this process, the last photos are full of red dots, everything is well lit, the board is visible, we did it 20 times, and every time we get this error code - [ CS- 15 ], what are we doing wrong ? We tried with the latest software, we tried downgrading but no luck.
