Hello @Sergio_Rendon0024, I have already seen this issue before. It is most likely caused by the camera's circuit board. I also had one single case where it was caused by a faulty cable. I opened a support ticket to helps you get the camera repaired or the cable replaced.
Hello, i have a problem with my wrist camera, when i start my cb3 UR5 robot, and the camera is connected, the robot throws and error everytime a restart it,
the error code is SafetyA : C200A24: Safety Control Board hardware error: it took to long to stabilize 24V IO.
When i disconnect the wrist camera the robot starts without a problem.
