Hi,
Robotiq is well aware of the issue consisting in the Robotiq Wrist Camera preventing e-Series UR robots to boot.
The bug occurs:
- When the Wrist Camera is not connected to the robot controller
AND
- When a Wrist Camera URCap/vision server is installed or has been uninstalled (UCC-1.6.0 to UCC-1.6.2)
Please rest assured that the Robotiq R&D department has found the root cause of the problem and is actively working on the fix, which will be made available soon to the public. We will communicate the course of action at the earliest opportunity.
