I am having the same problem, I already updated the Polyscope version and the urcap version too and the problem persists.

I opened a support ticket to investigate your issue.
After doing the latest update for the camera i get a pop up saying "Unable to send request to vision server. Please contact Robotiq support if the problem persists."
so far i have tried reinstalling the urcap and vision server but no luck.
Any Ideas?
