Insights URCap Release: Communication Issue Fixed |

Hi Pros,
On August 27, 2018, Robotiq released updated Insights URCaps (UCI-1.2.3, for PolyScope 3.5 and UCI-1.3.2, for PolyScope 3.6 and later versions).
- The URCap interface is now multilingual (English, Spanish, German, French, Simplified Chinese, Japanese).
- The connection address to the cloud computing servers used by Robotiq for the provision of the Insights services (a3eixic4y0qe7i.iot.us-east-1.amazonaws.com) is replaced by aws-iot-prod.robotiq.com.
- Data going through TCP port 8883 is rerouted to TCP port 443. (On August 21, 2018, a communication issue on TCP port 443 commanded Robotiq to redirect data through port 8883.)
To download the URCaps:
- Log in to the Insights website and click the Add Robot button, then select the Insights software corresponding to your setup

- Browse to the Insights support page on the Robotiq website, and select the Insights software corresponding to your setup
