Error from Robotiq gripper

I have a gripper set up on a UR10 robot and all was working as it should for a couple of weeks and then received an error code (UCG-1) and now the gripper wont open or close.

Try to use the gripper with the Robotiq User Interface to find out if the gripper is working or not.

Hello, I have the same problem with an UR10, URSoftware 3.8.0. I activated the gripper but then I received Error code [UCG-1].
Can somebody help me please?
