Hello Pros,Due to a compatibility issue with the latest update of the cloud computing servers used by Robotiq for the provision of the Insights services, two updated Insights URCaps have been released (version 1.2.2, compatible with PolyScope 3.5 and earlier versions, and version 1.3.1, compatible with PolyScope 3.6 and later versions). The software contains a bugfix for server communication problems on TCP port 443 (MQTT). Until further notice, communication going through TCP port 443 will go through TCP port 8883. The fix affects users working with Insights 1.2.1 and later versions.To download the URCap: - Log in to the Insights website and click the Add Robot button, then select the Insights software corresponding to your set upOR- Browse to the Insights support page on the Robotiq website, and select the Insights software corresponding to your set upPlease contact support@robotiq.com should you have questions or difficulties in regards to this software update.Cheers,
