Looks like it has to do with the OnRobot URCap. Are you using it? Do you have a gripper properly plugged in? If not, try disabling it and see if the error still comes up.

That exception is very similar to what I experienced with URCaps that are not compatible with PS v3.6. Is the robot running v3.6?

thank you so much @Nicholas_Francoeur @mkardasinski i going back to check it again, now UR5 is broken, In wrists 4 and 6, the motors shutting down
