Hi, do you have any tips on what to do if the USB hub for the wrist camera is not detected by the UR Robot controller?

I've tried rebooting and changing USB between ports...

Hi @Daniel,
Do you mean that you plug something in the hub and it is not detected?
The hub itself won't be detected by the controller.

Problem sovled; The USB hub was defect, I had to buy a new one.

I figgered out that using the linux command "lsusb" in terminal listed all connected USB devices...
