Hello Guys,

Anyone can help me troubleshoot the problem than I encounter.

When I am trying to initialize the our UR10 I got an error of  RobotInterface: C4A12 : Communication issue: Communication with joint 0 lost. Tried to restart several times but I have no luck.

    Id try taking off the joint cover and see if there is a loose communication wire.
