I am looking for design of some customize End Effector , which could able to lift Con Rod Cap only ( along with 2 bolts ) of Piston Con Rod Assembly from one point & place it another point & then again assemble it to engine & give zero torque to Con rod cap bolts.Basically I am looking for combining two sockets ( for Zero Torque applications ) and  finger adaptive robot gripper..are there any design already availble...Please respond.....

Couldn't the regular 2F Gripper fingertips handle it?  If not I think the fingertips would need to be designed for your specific application and part.

I am looking for a gripper which could pick Con Rod Cap along with bolts ( without falling ) & install over Piston Con Rod assembly and then zero those 2 bolts.. 2F Finger Gripper would be use to pick & install but at the same time I need to zero torque those 2 bolts also.. so looking for some combo gripper ( 2F + zero torque )

Hi Vijay, 

When you say "zero torque those 2 bolts" do you mean that you want to turn it but not tightened it? The 2F Gripper could be used but you might need to design your own custom fingertips unless you have enough space between the bolt and the con rod cap to allow the rotation of the fingertips.

Yes I have to rotate the bolts ( zero torque only not tighten ) , yeah I am looking for already available designs of End effectors which can hold Nut runner set and 2F gripper ...

@vijay couldn't you do it using the regular fingertips? 
Otherwise, i don't think you'll find an already available design for your application.
