Hello

The LED on the cable of my robotiq wrist camera is blue, and the the color of the led on the body is red, in the camera tab on the installation menu it apears the message 

Vision system down: usb camera is not detected, connect it and tap refresh

and in the status it shows 

usb camera disconnected
Camera firmware obsolete

i have installed the latest update on the two components and the usb of the camera is well connected.
 what could've the problem?

Sergio's camera cable was defective, so he replaced it and it solved his issue. I will open a support ticket so we can investigate your problem.

I'm having the same issue @Yannik_Methot @Guillaume_Charron @David_Levasseur just order 2 cameras but i havent tried the other one

Thanks the problem as that the files were extracted to a folder in the USB and i had to move them over to the roof folder.

I am also seeing this problem with my Hand-e gripper + wristcam. It was working fine, but after an unexpected power down the gripper and camera no longer show up as devices in either windows or linux, it just registers as a generic USB hub. Any help would be appreciated
