6-Axis F/T sensor issue with software |

Hello,
I have a 6-Axis F/T sensor made by ROBOTOUS, model RFT76-HA01. This model has a USB connection, and I have installed all of the software onto the computer I intend to use. After installing the software, I plugged the USB into the computer, then plugged the cord from the sensor into the USB, but nothing happens. Any reccommendations on how to get it to work?
