Hi pros,
we have created subprograms for our main programs that contains variables and also pallet wizards. They are called within a main program. Every time we load the main program we have a popup message saying that variables already exists in the subprograms. We tried a few things like have a script in ou main program just to declare the global variables but we cannot get rid of these popups. Any ideas? See image below for error. @Stefan_Stubgaard

If you change the variables to installation variables and then reopen your subprograms, it should ask you if you want to use the installation variables. After acknowledging the popup then save the program and that should take care of the popup saying that they already exist in subprograms.

Is there a way to change the existing variables to installation variables, or do you have to delete the existing and re-create them as installation variables?

Close the program. Create the installation variables then reopen the program. It will ask if you want to use the installation variable.
