Using FT-300 to adjust the Position

At the moment I’m trying to use a Robot to attach a measuring head onto a surface that has a non plane geometry.
The positions where the Robot has to move are detected by camera. And this is working very well. But I need an option to adjust the Head vertical to every point.
Is there a possibility (or is there even an existing Program) to use the FT-300 to align the measuring head perpendicularly every point on the surface?
