Dear Team,

We are unable to establish the communication between Robotiq Gripper and RC8 Controller for Denso Robot.

Note:  As per mentioned in manual The ROBOTIQ gripper connects to the DENSO RC8 controller via the RS-232 port.

You will need to use a RS-485 to RS-232 converter between the ROBOTIQ gripper and the RC8 Controller. 

The Gripper LED is glowing RED whenever connected to RC8 Controller via RS-485 to RS-232 converter.

Require your technical assistance as the customer is very much disappointed with the support.

Note: We are able to operate the Gripper via RUI.
