Is there a way I can password lock programs so that the operator can not change the program on the UR?

You can use the system password to lock access to the setup and programming area to the operator.

Once done, the operator will no longer have access to program the robot.  The operator will need the password to enter the programming area in the controller like this.

He will have access to the run section to load programs and execute them.

If you really want it secure, using the dashboard server you can remove the program button from the screen by defining the user role on the robot. If you are really concerned this is a good option as once the password it out unless you change it manually there's nothing stopping anyone from getting into the program. 

Thank you for the responses! Basically an operator loaded another program that was not for the job at hand and messed it up so that is why we are looking into locking other programs.
