Hi pros,I thought that I would share a recent project that we made for loading CNC machine. This project was made to load a CNC Milling machine. No programming is required to pick up the parts from the stack location. We are adjusting all the trajectories based on part size. Here is the videohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IM7adlvpxyc
@Sebastien nice work! Couple of questions, whose sensor are you using on the end of arm? How do you know the width of the part or lane?
@matthewd92 The sensor is a simple photo electric sensor from Sensopart. Part lanes are adjustable to fit exactly the part width. We simply move the lane tracks and we know the tracks width!
Do you have a sensor on the tracks giving you the width or does that customer enter that into the robot as a variable?
