Hi all Pros,
I'm a newbie in UR5 house and I need to use FQ2 for vision system. The specification of FQ2 here http://www.ia.omron.com/products/family/3131/specification.html.
Should I choose which protocol in this camera to communicate with Robot? And how can I use PC to control Robot with vision system?
Thank you very much.

@URhaile, I took a look at the specification that you included in your post, and it seems that the FQ2 offers communication through Ethernet/IP and ProfiNET. These communication protocols are both supported by Universal Robots and can be setup in the installation tab.
I also found a how-to-guide on the Universal Robots website that explains how to setup a cognex vision system using TCP/IP protocol. You might want to check it out since it may be similar to the setup for the FQ2 vision system : https://www.universal-robots.com/how-tos-and-faqs/how-to/ur-how-tos/vision-system-with-the-robot-15576/.
Has anyone else used a FQ2 camera with Universal Robots?
