@Grady_Turner did you do this work with Actin? How does it compare with other similar software that you've used? 

@Samuel_Bouchard This was done by our mechanical designer Brant Bullister.  I do not believe he is on DoF yet, but I'll mention it to him

@ddockter do you have any technical detail on the integration and on the new robot?

@Samuel_Bouchard The black and white robot is still a prototype undergoing testing. It's not collaborative like the UR10 but, it is configurable. The manufacturer will add or remove joints (up to 8? DOF) and modify the link lengths per customer request so, the payload is variable. As configured for IMTS 2016, the payload of the black and white robot was 5 kg.

Since the black and white bot can be specified to have more than 6 DOF and its link lengths are customizable, it can have virtually infinite possibilities in terms of DH parameters so, it runs Actin natively.

I'll provide additional documentation on the black and white bot as I get it but, I'll let @Jake_Huckaby respond regarding the integration of the IMTS 2016 demo.
