@Simon  We have a demo of the Artiminds RPS software suite, and are trying to get the software connected to the UR.

We have the quick start connect document explaining the steps to connect the software to the robot via Ethernet, and have all IP addresses appropriately set (the PC can ping the robot).  The problem we are seeing is that the software cannot find the calibration file (urcontrol.conf) because it seems to be looking in the wrong place.  It is looking in:

/root/urcontrol.conf

The actual file is in:

/setup/urcontrol.conf

Is there any way to change where the software looks for this file?  Or do you need to come out with a patch for this?  We are running UR software 3.3.2.266 (latest)

please let us know ASAP so we can continue testing

    @Simon I have tried this a few times, but the robot configurator crashes when I attempt to load the file manually.

    I followed the instructions and I get to the dialogue where I can select the file to load.  I click on "urcontrol.conf" and press open; and the configurator crashes.

    Any advice?
