Hi

I'm current doing a project involving the use of the Adaptive robot gripper 2-Finger 85 using a K3 Controller on a Robot Arm (Mitsubishi RV-2SDB) with a controller (Mitsubishi CR1DA-700) and the process will be control using a micro-controller.

Is it possible to obtain a Datasheet/User-Manual for the controller?

I also want to know if I can control the Gripper using the I/O of a Micro-controller or though USB connection?

Hi ! Can you provide me with the serial number of your Gripper and Controller so I can send you the proper documentation ?

The gripper came together with an ABB robot Manipulator (IR140). The product code of the controller is k-1052. From the instruction Manuel I received​, its a "Robotiq Adaptative Gripper, C-Model" with the controller as shown below. Snapshot from the instruction Manuel. 

Thanks ! So the manual you had is the correct one, I think. Back then, the controller manual was included inside the 2-Finger-85 manual. Now the controller is used on many of the Robotiq devices so it has it's own manual, but it changed quite a lot compared to what you have in hand. You can use the USB to control the Gripper, but it's not meant for production, it's meant to test and reconfigure the Gripper. If you want a safe and stable connection I suggest you go through your industrial fieldbus (depends on the option chosen).
