Could it be that your program is corrupted for some reason ? Can you create a new program, save it and load it ? It is possible that you can recover your program looking at the files on the robot via FTP for example. I think the robot save some program version history.
You could also contact your UR distributor or UR support team to get some advice.

Hi community
Im working with a UR10 CB3. The program we are currently using have been used for a while now, however yesterday it suddenly stopped, and when we tried to start the program again, it left us with the message "Couldnt load the program" or at least something like that.
What could be wrong?
I cant edit the program, since i cant open it.
What to do?
