Hi everyone,
I'm having a difficult time with one of our cobots. I have to pick up a part which can be slippery and sometimes it will stay stuck in place. Once the part is lifted, I do another close gripper followed by a grip check(part detected). Well when the cobot fails to pick the part, the gripper doesn't close and the grip checks shows it detects a part.
We use 2 Hand-E grippers which have been in use for less than 2 months a few hours per week.
We currently have 8 cobots with 2 hand-E grippers each and have grip check problems with many of them.
Any ideas what could cause this problem?
