I am occasionally seeing the following error popup coming from the Robotiq Copilot URCap. The popup suggests disabling the Ethernet/IP Adapter, but I am using that for PLC integrations that cannot be turned off.

It doesn't happen often, but when it does it results in a failed process and downtime.

Is there any code I can run to ensure the RTDE interface has initialized and probably handle the error if it does occur? The popup is not helpful when running the controller in remote mode using the dashboard server.

We have the same problem. We use the Force Copilot with an Schunk EGL gripper (Profinet) and this error stopps our program. The error message comes at irregular intervals.
