Hi Pros!We have a case where multiple robots are working together. Robots are inside safety fences and the door is monitored with safety rated door switch.Sometimes robot program needs minor modifications. For example our product infill boxes are a bit different in every batch so we need to adjust picking routine movements.Before implementing robot cell, we are evaluating different options to make a adjustments. Obviously door opening will trigger safety stop for the robots and then program modifications cannot be done by moving robot arm.How people have solved this situation? Is the only option to use operational/manual mode together with three position enabling device?We are using CB3 robots.Many thanks in advance!
