I wired up a  3 button panel, stop,start, and pause. The issue is once I have paused the program with the button, I cannot restart it from the start button. If I fully stop the program with the stop button I can restart it with the start button, but not from a paused state.

Enable the remote mode in the settings. Then switch from the manual to the automatic mode. There is the possibility to switch to remote mode.  :)

It is already enabled and switched to remote mode. That is the only way the start button will start the program, but not once the paused button is pushed and the program is paused. Hitting the start button again while it is still in remote mode does not restart the program run. I can only restart it if it is completely stopped by the stop button.

That is strange, we use remote buttons and can pause and restart from a paused state using the remote buttons. What version of Polyscope are you running?  Can you see the input turning in when you press the play button when paused?

I got it running. It was an error on my part from the PLC logic. Thanks for all the help.
