Experience with Artiminds RPS Software

Anyone have positive or negative experiences with using the ArtiMinds software?

@Enric after doing a search I noticed that Vicosystems is an official distributor for ArtiMinds. What are your thoughts about the software? Pros and cons?

@Kaleb_Rodes most end users for this software that we know are in Germany. However, we have limited information, but we will certainly see further details about it in the next few weeks as new members in Germany will join this forum.

@Kaleb_Rodes Vicosystems contributes a technical-commercial distribution of Artiminds in Spain.

The software is very good for tasks that the robot needs "not fixed" positions using the force control module.

imagine that you enter an object in a hole with your eyes closed !! The path is never default because it adapts depending on the sensor system

We've made some applications it would be very difficult to do without this software, then you'd need to generate code that performs Artiminds.

For offline programming without power control modules control modules or vision, is much faster Polyscope Universal Robots. In my opinion, it is that the end user of this software must be a company with many Robots with departament offline programming or research center.

Aritex our customer in Spain are using a UR10 + FT300 and he is really happy.

I am very familiar to the operations of UR as well as the Robotiq gripper and force torque sensor, but I have spent near a week to learn and understand the Artiminds RPS. It is provided with the full text help but have to spend some more times to digest. The tutorial movies are not good enough to know how to operate and know the tips during using the wizards.
