What is right procedure if the robot have Motor encoder index drift error.

As per manual we did complete reboot. It is not ok.

Robot send to UR team, No route cause found.

I have spare robot, how to use the robot.

Provide the detailed document.

I don t know about this issue but it may be a good idea to double check this situation with UR support team. If has you said the robot have been sent to UR team and they could not find a route cause there is few chance someone from the DoF community can help you.
