Adjusting an angled pin to a straight bore (using FT-300) |

Hi all,
the setup is shown in the picture. I'm currently inserting the pin with "linear insertion" till the force limit is reached, so far, so good.
Afterwards I'm trying to adjust the angled pin straight to the hole (basically in a 90 degrees position). The pin angle differs every time and the bored piece is not always in horizontal position. The space between pin and hole is very small (ca. 1 mm total).
Is there any feature or has anyone thoughts about it?
Thanks in advance!

You could touch the surface on different points around the hole and calculate the perpendicular.1 · FacebookTwitter -
