Yes, it is possible.
You need to get the current TCP position with the Universal-Robot command: get_actual_tcp_pose()
You then need to make a formula to calculate the distance from the defined plane to the coordinate retrieved.
-As we do not know how you define the plane, we cannot go deeper in the suggestions.
