A UR10 recently got wrist 1 replaced and arrived back to the company. I tested the joint by running a simple program exploring a range of movements. upon startup, the robot kept triggering a protective stop and stating the payload settings are incorrect. I set the payload as 0.5kg and restarted the robot and ran the program without any issues. The robot was stopped over the weekend and went on be used today. When I went to use it, the protective error reappeared stating wrong payload so checked it was 0.5kg and then hit free drive and went to move the joint and wrist 1 would not move but all other joints will. robot has n o attachments
