Hi,

Just wondering if there is a way to block access to editing the programs but still allowing full access to manually jogging the robot positions if the robot wont go home. 

Password protection wont work as we need the operator to be able to use the robot but want to restrict access to adding, removing or editing the program.

If you put the robot in run mode, you should still be able to jog the robot when needed using the move screen.  This allows you to password protect the program and lock anyone out from being able to edit the program.  Now if by manually jogging you mean go to a waypoint in the program and either say go here or hit the step button then no, once they have access to the program, they have full access to edit the program and save it.  There is no read-only mode of the program itself.
