Hello @Sergio_Rendon
What is the size of the part you are trying to detect?
The part you are trying to detect should cover at least 10% of the field of view.
When teaching the part, if you click on show grid, you'll see the following, each rectangle represent 10% of the field of view.
However, depending on the part and it's, it is possible that the camera can't detect it while scanning the part in the different positions.
Also if you try to detect feature which are at different elevation, they will appear differently to the camera when moving in various position.
Could you please post a picture of your part on its background? I'll then be able to assist you with the best approach.
Best regards
hi i am working in an application with the wrist camera
im trying to detect a small part
i recorded the snapshot position very close to the part
so when i do the automatic teaching, the camera is capable of recognizing the part on the 4 positions that the wizard tells me to orientate the part
when the robot wants to scan the model, it goes to a position to high to scan the part, is there a way to scan the part, what is the smallest size a part can be to be detected by the camera
Best Regards
