Hi,
I want to make a risk assessment for my application and I remember seeing charts and graph to help. Do you have them?
Thanks.

Sure. Here is the chart you need to determine whether or not the task has a high risk or not.- Tasks and hazards are determined for every life cycle phase of the application.
- Initial risk is assessed under the assumption that no risk reduction measures have been implemented for a given task/hazard pair.
- Required risk reduction measures are a function of the severity of initial risk.
You can then refer to this table to determine the level of each element in the chart.

Hello,
Here are some resources we just released that you may find useful:- Risk Assessment, an Introduction (updated for ISO/TS 15066)
- ISO/TS 15066 Explained (from interviews with ISO committee members)
- How to Perform a Risk Assessment for Collaborative Robots
- Risk Assessment Template

For risk assessments I like the document "Six steps to a safe machine" by SICK. This is a very comprehensive guide (and published in multiple languages, by the way) to machine safety.

We just released three shorts videos about risk assessment. They cover basic concepts, so clients or coworkers can familiarise themselves with the important changes brought by the new ISO/TS 15066. Don't be shy to share them!
So far we have 3 videos:
- How to evaluate a risk for a collaborative robot
- How to calculate a pressure applied by a robot
- The different types of contact in ISO/TS 15066
Merci!
