Hi, I want to automate my screwing process and I am dealing with stainless steel screws (that are not magnetic) . I would like to know what do you guys usually do to carry SS screws from the screw dispenser to its final position?
@matthewd92 any ideas?

Look up Kolver USA. They have an autocatcher for stainless. They even bolt directly up to UR.0 · FacebookTwitter -

@mathbelanger I know that Kolver USA makes vacuum heads for picking up non-magnetic screws, not sure what the auto-catcher is that @tjcooper is referring to, will need to look into that. We actually use some of their small screw feeders for M3, M4 and M5 screws and they work well but we are using steel screws and magnetic holders. We actually have thought about looking into the vacuum option instead of magnetic on the small screws due to some other issues. If you look on the accessories page you can find them near the bottom of the list.0 · FacebookTwitter
