Is FTP server on the robot always started ?

I am trying to connect via FTP to the robot using the robot IP and using the username "root" and the password i defined. I am using Filezilla.
But till now no successful connection was made using FTP. I can ping the robot, and even i can retrieve the photos took by the camera.
What could be the problem ? is there an other way to access the files on the robot ?

Have you tried the user "root" and the password "easybot" with the port 22?

I'm not sure if it makes a difference but SFTP should be the selected protocol in FileZilla.

Maybe your antivirus or firewall blocking the conenction,
