I have made a program with several subprogrammes where the robot makes a small stop between the different subprograms, it's something you can do something about so it runs more smooth

So the robot motion stops between subprograms?  The only thing you can do is combine motion and then use blended waypoints to prevent motion from stopping. Not sure you can use blended waypoints between subprograms.
