I am an Automation Technician with an industrial Millwright and industrial Electrician tickets and I work in the plastic injection molding field in automotive interiors for a company called Ultra Manufacturing (Mitchell Plastics). I have experience with programming and tending to UR robots and have worked with beta dual gripper setup from Robotiq. We build assembly work stations for our plant where I design build and program the whole thing from the ground up with my team of fixture builders.
In my time away from work I play drums and some hockey.

We have used an IR camera or a red flash. it lights parts well without overexposing them. cognex sells their camera's with a red flash available to add in place of the white light. (View Post) -

Re: UR Cable Management
We had custom neoprene sleeves made for the UR that have Velcro slots for the wiring. Sorry for the blurry picture, The Robot is in production so I couldn't stop it. (View Post) -
Re: Integration 2 grippers a 1 UR robot
We are currently working with our UR-10 with 2 grippers and things are coming along very nicely. The Software is clean and works to run the grippers at different times or together. (View Post)
