Hi,
We successfully used the FT 300 sensor several years ago.
Recently we have updated Polyscope 3.15.4 and installed Copilot 1.22.1.14 on the UR3 CB3.1.
However, the errors occur as shown in the photo below.
LED on the RS485-USB converter is constantly red.
The LED on the FT 300 sensor becomes red 2 seconds after connection.
Please, suggest how can we solve this issue.
