Hey everybody,

I‘m currently working on an project with an used UR-5. The pandent had Some Deep scratches, so I decided to swap the Pendant for a new one.  Everything Works Fine with the new Pendant, but the Touch Screen is Not responding. Does anyone already had the Same issue and can help me?

    Silly question but are all the cables plugged back in. There is a USB cable that must be plugged in for the touch screen to function.

    Yes of course, all cables are plugged in according to the Service manuel. I think the VGA cable is respnsible for the Touch function, that‘s what the service manuel says.

    Not sure then, we’ve swapped a lot of them and take them on and off a lot and haven’t seen that issue unless the glass over the touch screen were damaged so that we had a pressure spot, that would cause the cursor to just sit in that one spot. Have you tried using a mouse with it?

    Yes, with an external mouse you can use the Pendant. Could it really be the case, That a Brand new pendant doesnt work?

    Anything is possible. Could have been damaged in shipping. Have you contacted the distributor?
