Hello.
First of all let's me introduce myself, I am university student, I study production engineering, I am from Brazil.
I would like to know what is important for a production engineer to know about industrial robots?
they will work in automotive company, the most of robts of this company work as a spot welder.

Hello BrazilRobots,
I think that the most important is to understand the whole process and how these machine communicate each other.
You might want to learn the programming language used by these robots and the communication protocol used between the different equipment.
