Problem with camera software upgrade

Hello all,

I'm having trouble after I updated to the newest version of the camera update. I'm using a UR3, updated from UCC-1.2.0 to UCC-1.2.1. Here is the problem:

- The centering part of calibration works fine, until the calculation of poses. The robot goes to the first pose, but this pose is not able to see the complete board, so it shows an error after some minutes. Tried several different positions of the board and different Robot poses for Snapshot Position and I get in all cases the same 1st pose which is not able to see the board.

I would like to try downgrading to version 1.2.0 again to see if the problem still occurs or if it's definitely related to the upgrade, but I cannot find the file on the support website.

@Aniris are you using the UR3 calibration board? Your photo is not clear but it looks like the UR5/10 board. They are not the same.

Hello, yes, I'm using the board provided in the website for UR3. I also made sure I had the right dimensions when printing it, but still had the problem.

Thanks to the pictures @Aniris sent, we were able to find out that the camera was not properly oriented. The proper orientation of the camera is crucial for its good functioning. If the camera is mounted directly on the robot's flange, you can't go wrong because of the dowel pin. However, if the camera is mounted on another device where the dowel pin can be misaligned, the installation is possible but the calibration will fail. Always make sure the camera is oriented like in the picture below.
