We have a support ticket submitted to UR but I wanted to see if anyone else encountered this error and if so what did they do to troubleshoot?

    Cannot recall ever having seen that one...when you hear back from UR please post their response. 

    I did take take a look in the service manual and that appears to be 2 codes C71A50 and C71A51 (add together the last two numbers to get determine what codes are being thrown when it's not in the manual, means multiple codes). They are both current sensor failed, replace joint as the solution.

    We heard back from UR and they said that C71A50 and C71A51 is not the issue. Still waiting for more.

    @mhowe are you running an OptoForce FT sensor?  Appears that way based on the screen shot you sent.  We had an issue last week that we thought was a bug in the UR software, come to find out it was related to OptoForce, removing the software from the robot and disconnecting the ethernet cable made the issue go way.  OptoForce is working on a solution currently for the issue we were seeing.  Something that you might want to try while you wait for word from UR.
